Archery season begins September 6, 2008
Wild Wing Lodge, operating within their management plan was established 1997, opened their doors to a very limited number of whitetail hunters in the fall of 2003. With very limited hunting pressure since 1997, the whitetail bucks have begun to reach maturity. Upon completion of our first season it is clear to see why Wild Wing Lodge is quickly becoming KY’s premier whitetail hunting lodge. Enhancing our management plan we have implemented a 130 minimum for 8 points or less and a 140 minimum for 9 points or greater.
Our deer stands were located, with much consideration and thought overlooking fields of winter oats, clover, and large stands of hardwood timber, which traditionally produce an abundance of Acorns. All hunts are fair chase, fully guided and include meals and lodging.
In standing with our tradition of exclusiveness, Wild Wing will only take 4 hunters per available date and with a limited number of dates available please call early to ensure that you too may “Experience the Wild Wing Difference”.
