PUPPY PROGRAM
This program is designed for dogs starting at, but not limited to the age of 3 months. It is a program that places an emphasis on numerous bird contacts on a daily basis as we feel this is where and how the young dog learns his nose and how to use it effectively. The young dog will learn the difference between old scent and new scent and will learn to hunt for the desired species of upland game and not potter with undesirable scent or game. This is a program where the dog will be taught to hunt to the front and for the handler, not for himself or herself. They will be taught the basic of commands and will be introduced to gunfire in the proper manner and time. An introduction to the whoa command will be started.

GENERAL PROGRAM
In this program we will introduce the dog to the e-collar and how to effectively turn it off. We will teach the dog that they are in control of the collar, a method that we have found to be very effective in training and hunting. We will go into detail teaching the dog the “ whoa command” and to “ back on sight, all this done leaving the dog with all their natural style and intensity while on point or around game. We will teach “ steady to wing and to shot”. We will also teach the “ stop to flush”, a learned trait that will produce more opportunities to harvest game when scenting conditions are somewhat poor and the dog is unable to pin the game at a respectable distance. If so desired we will teach the “ train to retrieve” a command that will help to eliminate the possibility of lost game in the field. All dogs will be taught handle to voice and to whistle commands.

FALL TUNE UP
This program is tailored for the broke dog and for the individual that does not have the time to get the dog ready for the upcoming hunting season. In this program we will get the dog into hunting condition physically and mentally. All learned commands would be refreshed in the dog’s mind to help eliminate any confusion in the field. The dog will be worked into physical condition and ready to hunt so as to make the days afield more enjoyable for the hunter and the dog.
